Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart in a welcoming community coffeehouse. You will supervise the team, ensure quality beverages and foods, and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring accurate cash handling, and meeting store policies while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role offers growth opportunities within a supportive partner program.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.
