Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring frequent customer interaction.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to and coordinating two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver quality beverages and food per recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Coach and delegate tasks to crew to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Support cash handling and adherence to store policies.
