This role emphasizes strong communication, quick learning, and the ability to delegate tasks across shifts, ensuring a smooth, friendly customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
• Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two+ employees
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Maintain store policies and safety and security with or without accommodations

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space
• Ensure quality beverages and food products are prepared to standard recipes
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate responsibilities during shifts
• Maintain safety, security, and store policies during all hours of operation
