Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will direct the work of a team, ensure quality beverages and food, and coach baristas to meet standard recipes or customer customizations.

The role requires six months in customer-facing positions, ability to delegate, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays. Starbucks is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more staff.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies including cash handling, safety and security.

Responsibilities
