Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two+ employees
• Ability to prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of the retail environment and cash handling
