Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the Starbucks location a welcoming space for the community
• Oversee shift operations including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth service
