Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety
• Six months of customer-facing experience
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members during shifts
• Coach/prepare food and beverages to standardized recipes or customer customizations
• Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness in the store
• Maintain cash handling and point-of-sale procedures
