Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating multiple employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customer adaptations.

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks store.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, and uphold cash handling and store safety standards.
