Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees
• Able to prepare and coach food/beverages to standard recipes or customize as requested
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience
• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks
• Ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety, and store standards
