Qualifications

• Attend and be punctual with or without accommodations.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies, ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience coordinating or delegating tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach and train partners to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and store safety measures.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies and quality standards.
