Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct the work of others and ensure high-quality beverages and food.
• Coach and supervise shifts to meet store policies and standards.
• Uphold store safety, security and customer service excellence.
