Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct and motivate team to ensure timely, accurate beverage and food preparation.
• Provide high-quality beverages and maintain store standards.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to support daily operations.
