Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience with knowledge of machinery and safety practices.
• Some college or manufacturing training preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift schedules to meet production goals and maintain flow to maximize uptime.
• Direct oversight of employees, approve time records, and enforce company policy.
• Lead training on equipment, safety, production standards, and waste control.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Investigate customer complaints and verify quality of jobs.
• Analyze corrugator performance and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain downtime records and material utilization data.
