Partners Coffee is seeking a Full Time Shift Lead for our Bedford Avenue cafe in New York. The role emphasizes outstanding service, coffee knowledge, and helping manage busy shifts. You will lead a team, craft beverages to standard, and ensure a welcoming cafe experience.

We offer 30+ hours weekly with 6–8 hour shifts, weekend availability, and a pay range of $18–$19.25 per hour plus tips, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• NYC Food Handlers card required.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours.
• Lift up to 30lbs.
• Climb stairs and ladders.
• Must work weekends (Sat, Sun) and at least one other day.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service.
• Crafting beverages to our standard
• Having a good working knowledge of our coffee offerings
• Running shifts through delegation and deployment.
• Maintaining the cafe through busing tables, sweeping, and washing dishes.
