Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our coffeehouse team, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations. You will coach partners, oversee beverage and food preparation, and maintain a welcoming space for the community.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse environment.
• Oversee beverage and food preparation to meet standard recipes and customer requests.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate shifts for two or more employees.
• Ensure cash handling, store safety and security are followed according to policies.
• Provide coaching and guidance to partners to support growth.
