Sizzling Platter LLC in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Shift Lead to guide team members, uphold operational standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. As the leader on duty, you'll work closely with management to maintain performance, quality, and service.

You will coach Crew Members, ensure food safety, support opening and closing, and help train new staff while managing roles during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed to support operations.
