Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running effective shifts and maintaining high standards of operation on site. This role emphasizes ownership of shift outcomes and the ability to guide teammates in a fast-paced franchise environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong math and accounting basics, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making ability
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and standing 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner to support the RGM
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; guide others when appropriate
