Responsibilities

• Balance and assign cash registers.
• Perform daily inventory checks.
• Demonstrate good communication with guests and teammates.
• Process returns and refunds and resolve customer complaints.
• Encourage upselling and provide great customer service.
• Maintain a sanitized, organized kitchen.
• Ensure food quality meets Wingstop standards.
• Verify team tasks are completed during shift.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Prepare the store for Wingstop inspections.
