Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to own and drive the shift performance on site. You will lead the crew, engage guests, promote memberships, and ensure safety and quality throughout the wash process.

The role requires you to be physically active, work outdoors, and manage opening/closing duties with accountability. Prior leadership or team experience is a plus, and you will be expected to set high standards in fast-paced conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote services and memberships

• Identify and resolve operational issues to keep the site running smoothly
• Inspect vehicles for quality and address missed spots or streaks
• Provide feedback to team and help improve processes
