Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot. You’ll lead the crew, run opening and closing procedures, and keep the site clean and efficient when management isn’t on-site. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership and holds the team to high standards.

The work is fast, physical, and customer-focused. You’ll engage guests, explain wash options, promote memberships, monitor operations, and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or team experience preferred.
• Physically active and comfortable outdoors.
• Willing to be a key holder and manage opening/closing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive experience.
• Lead the team during shifts and supervise operations.
• Monitor safety and site cleanliness to meet standards.
• Inspect vehicles pre/post wash and ensure quality.
