Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is hiring a Shift Lead to help ensure each shift runs smoothly and delivers a great customer experience. You’ll engage with customers, assist daily operations, uphold site standards, and lead the team when management isn’t on-site.

You’ll greet customers, explain wash options and memberships, supervise vehicle flow, and enforce safety protocols while driving team performance and exceptional wash quality.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or team experience is a plus.
• Physically active and comfortable outdoors.
• Greet customers and drive engagement and sales.
• Follow safety protocols and site standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a positive, friendly experience.
• Direct vehicles through the wash tunnel and prepare for washing.
• Lead shifts in the absence of the Site Leader or Assistant Site Leader.
• Monitor operations and enforce all safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles for wash quality and provide feedback to the team.
