Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot. You will lead the crew when management is off-site, ensuring safety, quality, and guest satisfaction. The role is fast-paced, outdoor, and requires ownership and proactive problem-solving.

Previous leadership or team experience is a plus, and you should be comfortable with a physically active, outdoor environment. You will open/close shifts and ensure consistent, high-quality wash experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and guide a team during shifts.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive, friendly experience.
• Promote memberships and services to drive engagement and sales.
• Direct vehicles into wash tunnel and ensure proper positioning.
• Monitor operations and enforce safety protocols.
• Lead the team during shifts and delegate tasks as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for quality and report issues to maintain Sparkle Assurance.
