Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead at our Buckley (Aurora), Colorado location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth store operations and adherence to policies and procedures.

This non-supervisory position supports the Store Director and Assistant Manager to create a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, is 21+, and brings retail or customer service experience with cannabis knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable product.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, striving to ensure their satisfaction.
