Qualifications

• Proven experience as a barista with specialty coffee knowledge.
• Previous leadership experience in a cafe or coffee shop preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude with a growth mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor the barista team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to Coffee Commissary standards.
• Maintain deep knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment for top quality.
• Train new baristas and provide ongoing coaching to improve skills.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to keep the cafe running smoothly.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to enhance experience.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned per standards.
• Assist in creating an inviting cafe atmosphere and smooth bar setup.
• Collaborate with management on menu development, promotions, and growth initiatives.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
