Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, supervise team members across all areas, and ensure guests receive outstanding service while upholding our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

You will coach and train staff, assist with opening/closing, handle cash, monitor food safety, and support cake decoration and production as needed in a fast-paced environment that celebrates guests' special moments.

Competenze

• Previous leadership, supervisory, retail, or food service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
