Job summary
Krispy Kreme in Alabama is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, ensuring safety, quality and speed while delivering a WOW guest experience. You will lead a team of hourly Team Members and support scheduling, onboarding and training, partnering with shop leadership to foster growth opportunities within Krispy Kreme.

Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience.
- One year of supervising a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
- Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
- Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
- Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
