Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Decatur, Alabama is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily shop operations and deliver a WOW experience for guests. You will oversee an assigned shift, partner with the shop leadership team, and support ongoing training and scheduling.

You will lead a high performance team, ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed, and provide exceptional customer service while embracing our inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture where employees are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
