Job summary

O reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of the Store Manager.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Lead store team members in delivering excellent service to retail and professional customers, supervise showroom service levels, and ensure orders, transfers, returns, and invoicing are processed

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge (Desirable)
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Process buy online/ship to store orders, transfers, and DC add orders; handle returns and invoicing accurately.
