Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Perrysburg, OH seeks a Senior Analyst, Engineering - Shift Lead to oversee the third shift in a world-class plastic injection molding plant. You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements while leading your shift team to meet production objectives.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with other shifts, mentoring operators, leading root cause analysis, and managing capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Injection Molding, light assembly, decoration technologies, AGVs/AMRs.
• Experience with Fanuc 6 axis robots.
• Experience leading teams and World Class Manufacturing (WCM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift team to achieve production goals and ensure SQDCE targets.
• Serve as communication link across shifts for smooth data flow.
• Ensure proper use of facilities, equipment, and manpower to meet safety and quality needs.
• Lead problem solving for equipment issues and drive improvements.
• Mentor technicians, transfer processes, and support capital projects.
