Whirlpool Corporation in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Shift Supervisor - Analyst, Engineering for the Swing Shift to lead the first shift of a world-class plastic injection molding plant, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. You will act as a technical leader and mentor to frontline teams while coordinating across shifts to ensure smooth data flow and issue resolution.

The role requires 2+ years of supervising experience in manufacturing, plus a strong background in plant

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience supervising or leading a team in a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead all team members on the shift in the attainment of production goals (SQDCE)
• Serve as the key communication link with the other shifts to facilitate a smooth transition of data and clear communication of problems/issues
• Assure proper utilization of facilities, tools, equipment, materials and manpower to effectively meet safety, quality and production requirements
• Must possess a strong working knowledge of plant manufacturing operations, processes and production flow
• Work effectively with your peers to share knowledge and leverage strengths
• Lead problem solving for equipment issues
• Facilitate projects and teach / mentor / train shop floor teams
• Develop technicians in problem-solving and skill training
