Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Marion, Ohio is seeking an Analyst, Operations/Production to lead an assembly line on the Marion Manufacturing facility. This 3rd shift role runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 p.m.

to 6:30 a.m., with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives. You will manage a team including an area coordinator, group leaders, and operators, drive improvements, apply World Class Manufacturing tools, and ensure daily time & attendance is accurately recorded in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years supervising a manufacturing team.
• On-site role at Marion Manufacturing facility.
• Able to work 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am), Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities to meet customer demand.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
• Implement World Class Manufacturing methods into daily operations.
• Direct and develop the production team as their people leader.
• Record daily time and attendance in UKG for direct reports.
