Job summary

Whirlpool, Inc. seeks a Shift Supervisor (Analyst, Engineering) for the Swing Shift at the Perrysburg, OH plant. You will lead the first shift in a world-class plastic injection molding operation, driving safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements while mentoring team members.

The role requires strong manufacturing knowledge, leadership, and the ability to manage data and processes across shifts to ensure smooth transitions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all team members on the shift to achieve production goals (SQDCE).
• Serve as the main communication link between shifts to ensure data flow and issue resolution.
• Ensure proper use of facilities, tools, equipment, materials and manpower to meet safety, quality and production needs.
• Lead problem solving for equipment issues and mentor shop floor teams.
• Develop technicians in problem-solving and skills training; transfer knowledge to others.
• Enforce plant policies and procedures consistently; contribute to performance ratings.
