Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead in Lebanon, TN, offering $22.00/hr. You will oversee a team to maximize productivity while upholding safety standards and HR policies.

The role runs on the 3rd shift (Thu-Sun, 7:00am–5:30pm). Responsibilities include scheduling with the On-Site Manager, recruiting assistance, maintaining safety, handling supplies, forklift duties, and accurate record-keeping. A HS diploma and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts with the On-Site Manager and set schedules to best service the local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company safety and HR policies are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms in a timely/legible manner.
• Assist in managing employee relations with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials and move to the proper staging area.
• Check load security and perform daily equipment checks.
• Lead with timely, accurate data entry and maintain a safe environment.
