Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisor or lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Set shift/operating schedules with the On-Site Manager to best service local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements using proper forms in a timely manner.
• Support employee relations issues with the On-Site Manager.
