Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead in Lancaster, TX. The role supports a small team on 3rd and 4th shifts, ensuring productivity while upholding safety and HR standards.

Pay starts at USD 22.00 per hour, with full-time, on-site duties at the Lancaster facility. You will help coordinate schedules, assist with recruiting and developing staff, and supervise daily equipment checks, load handling, and quality checks to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Set shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s).
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding safety and HR are followed.
• Load and unload materials and move to the appropriate staging area.
• Check loads are secure and perform daily equipment checks on industrial power equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
