Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead to maximize team productivity while upholding top safety standards. The role is on-site in Greencastle, PA, with 2nd shift Fri-Sun 6:00am–6:30pm and an hourly pay of $22.00/hr.

You will help manage schedules, recruit and develop staff, and ensure HR and safety policies are followed. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, equipment checks, quality verification, and data entry.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Set shift and operating schedules with the On-Site Manager.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
• Order, maintain supplies, and arrange equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms.
• Manage employee relations with the On-Site Manager (OSM).
• Load and unload materials and move to the staging area.
• Ensure daily equipment checks are performed and loads are secure.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
