Relogistics in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Shift Lead to drive team productivity on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm) with strict safety standards and on-site collaboration. The role offers hourly pay of $22.00 and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced logistics setting.

You will work closely with the On-Site Manager to schedule shifts, assist with recruiting, enforce safety and HR policies, manage supplies, and perform data entry while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisor or lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Set shift schedules with the On-Site Manager to best serve customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
• Maintain supplies and arrange equipment maintenance.
• Assist forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements and complete forms in a timely manner.
• Manage employee relations with the OSM.
• Load/unload materials and verify loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks and inspect quality.
• Input financial data accurately and promptly.
• Execute assignments safely and precisely.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
