Relogistics in Arcadia, FL is hiring a Shift Lead responsible for guiding a team during 3rd shift, 5:00am–5:00pm, Saturday to Monday. You will help set schedules, recruit and coach staff, ensure safety and HR policy compliance, and manage supplies and forklift duties.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Competitive pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift schedules with the On-Site Manager to best serve the customer.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company safety and HR policies are followed.
• Manage supplies, order materials, and arrange equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements and document on proper forms.
• Support employee relations with the On-Site Manager.
• Load/unload materials and verify loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks and quality inspections.
• Enter financial data and complete assignments accurately.
