Responsibilities

• Work with On-Site Manager to set shift schedules for local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies; arrange equipment maintenance.
• Assist forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms and report timely.
• Manage employee relations with the On-Site Manager.
• Load/unload materials and ensure loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks on power equipment.
• Inspect products for quality conformance.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely, and safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
