Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead in Arcadia, FL. You’ll help maximize team productivity during the shift and uphold safety standards, with hourly pay of $17.50–$19.00.

Shifts run Tuesday through Friday from 3:00pm to 1:00am, at Arcadia, FL 34269. Responsibilities include coordinating with the On-Site Manager on schedules, assisting with recruiting, enforcing safety/HR policies, managing materials and equipment checks, and supporting forklift duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift schedules with the On-Site Manager.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
• Load/unload materials and manage staging areas.
• Monitor equipment checks and product quality.
