Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead in Lakeland, FL to oversee a shift, improve productivity, and ensure safety standards are met. The role reports to the On-Site Manager and involves assisting with staffing, training, and daily operations for pallet management services.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements in a timely manner on the proper forms.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to staging areas.
• Check loads are secure and ensure daily equipment checks are performed.
• Examine products for conformance to quality standards.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
