Job summary

Relogistics Services in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise a small team on the 3rd shift (Fri–Sun, 6:00am–6:00pm). The role emphasizes productivity and safety, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

You’ll support scheduling, training, safety compliance, forklift operations, and quality checks, while moving materials and reporting. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements in timely/legible manner on proper forms.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials and move to staging area.
• Check that loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks on industrial power equipment.
• Examine products for conformance to quality standards.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
