Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts/operating schedules with On-Site Manager.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
• Load and unload materials and manage staging areas.
• Assist with forklift duties as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of movements and equipment checks.
• Support employee relations issues with the OSM.
