Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift schedules with the On-Site Manager to service local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company safety and HR policies are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies; arrange equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements accurately on proper forms.
• Support employee relations issues with the On-Site Manager.
• Load/unload materials and move to staging areas.
• Check loads for security and perform daily equipment checks.
• Ensure product quality checks and data entry are performed.
• Execute tasks accurately, on time, and safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
