Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a proactive Shift Leader in Moore, OK. You will lead the shift, run operations when management isn’t on site, and jump into every station—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—ensuring quick, accurate service and a great guest experience.

You’ll coach and motivate the crew, help train new team members, maintain brand standards, and keep the restaurant clean and safe. This role offers real growth opportunities within a fast-paced, high-energy team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• A team-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Someone who leads by doing—not just directing.
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems.
