Job summary

Five Guys in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader who will be hands-on, leading by example on every shift to set the tone for the team and ensure guests walk out impressed.

You will jump into cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room roles, deliver fast, accurate service, coach crew members, and help train new teammates while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Cover all roles: cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and ensure guest satisfaction.
