Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when on-site management isn’t present.
• Fill in as cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room as needed.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and guest experiences.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a positive culture.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
• A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Someone who leads by doing - not just directing
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems
