Job summary

Five Guys in Vacaville is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll jump into cashier, grill, prep, and dining room tasks, guiding staff and maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of leadership in restaurant or retail settings, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while training new crew members.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
