Job summary

Round Table Pizza in Puyallup, WA is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will support the management team, coach Team Members, and ensure food safety and company standards are met.

You'll monitor labor and service levels, lead pre-shift briefings, and assist with hiring, training, and retention. This is a fast-paced role requiring flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a high-volume full-service setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol as required by state or local law.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
