Job summary

Jersey Mike's in Pell City, AL is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during the General Manager's absence. You will lead a small crew, maintain opening/closing tasks, and ensure accurate, friendly service to our guests.

The role requires restaurant experience, the ability to handle two opening shifts and two closing shifts, strong communication, and reliability in a fast-paced environment. Early pay benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead.
• Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts.
• Proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
